Man convicted of felony leaving the scene

A man was convicted of felony leaving the scene of an accident today. John Cole of Biloxi hit a pedestrian while driving on Highway 609, running from the scene. An Ocean Springs man died in a boating accident over the weekend. Department of Marine Resources and Jackson County sheriff’s deputies were called out to Old Fort Bayou on Sunday about a boating accident near the Sanctuary subdivision.
