Picayune basketball’s Troy Carter signs with Belhaven University

Picayune shooting guard Troy Carter officially put pen to paper today signing with Belhaven University.

This year, Carter was named the 5A Region 7 Offensive Player of the Year and helped lead the Maroon Tide to the 5A state championship match.

Carter averaged more than 14 points per game, 54 percent field goal percentage, and four rebounds per game.
