Mississippi charter license fee waived for Louisiana residents

The non-resident charter license fee for Louisiana guides is being waived by the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources through December 1st. MSDH reports 3,763 cases of COVID-19 and 71 deaths through the three-day period

Today, MSDH is reporting an additional 3,763 cases of COVID-19 in Mississippi and 71 deaths for the three-day period running from September 10th through September 12th. Bond denied for Jackson County man who shot his estranged wife

Vinet Moore, the 41-year-old man who shot his estranged wife last week, will remain behind bars. Highway 26 collapse in George County claims the life of 39-year-old Wiggins woman

The devastating Highway 26 road collapse claimed the life of another individual, bringing the death toll to three. Thirty-nine-year-old Amanda Williams from Wiggins was traveling west on August 30th, the night the road collapsed, when she crashed into the embankment and received injuries.
