04/20 Ryan’s “Nice, Mild” Friday Night Forecast

What a nice, mild Friday we are having! Today’s temperature maxed in the low 70s with a lower than average humidity and mostly clear skies, which are what I consider nearly perfect weather in South MS. Sadly these conditions were only for today, as the temperature and humidity will rise into the weekend.  The temperature will rise into the mid-to-upper 70s by Saturday as the clouds thicken through the day. A few showers will be possible at night as the front crawls into the area early Sunday, but the strongest of the storms won’t arrive until the late morning just before lunch. At this time there is at least a marginal threat for severe weather, and we’ll continue to monitor it as the system moves closer. Next week begins drier, but warmer and more humid with temperatures in the mid-to-upper 70s.
