6/12 – Rob Knight’s “Low Humidity” Afternoon Forecast

Upper-level clouds continue to move across the are but will thin by mid-afternoon. This is all associated with a reinforcing cold front which will move north of the area tonight. This front will push what moisture is left just off the coast farther offshore Thursday.

Return flow will begin Friday but dew-points will be slow to rise Friday. A full return to the humidity should be back Friday night into Saturday. This will bring the area into a more normal summer pattern of heat, humidity and rainfall.
