06/27 Ryan’s “Summer Storms” Wednesday Forecast

After another beautiful start to the day in South MS, but more afternoon summer storms have darkened the evening skies. These storms moved in from the north due to an upper level disturbance and daytime heating, and a few were even severe warned.

That’s the danger with these summer storms, the pop up randomly on an otherwise sunny day and can be quite strong under the right circumstances.

As far as the rest of the forecast goes, you can expect more of the same over the next week. Days remain hot and humid in the low to mid 90s, nights are slightly cooler in the mid to upper 70s, and we have at most a 30% chance of showers each afternoon.
