04/26 Ryan’s “Morning Rain” Thursday Night Forecast

Today’s morning rain didn’t last long, and the skies cleared rapidly to usher in a perfect afternoon. There is a weak impulse flying through the midwest that will move into South MS tomorrow afternoon, but I’m not expecting any rain and only a small increase in cloud cover as it moves through. Afterwards, beautiful springtime conditions will move in and remain in South MS through the weekend. Expect afternoon highs in the low 80s and evening lows in the upper 50s, meaning the humidity will be below normal. This weather holds into next week until around Wednesday, which is when the temperature begins to rise into the mid 80s, and the humidity increases significantly as we head into next weekend. The only chance of rain over the next seven days appears to be another weak front on Tuesday, but current rain chances remain around 30%. Enjoy this great week ahead!
