The Humane Society of South Mississippi has officially opened its new thrift store in Jackson County.
The Humane Society of South Mississippi (H.S.S.M.) has seen great success in raising funds through its original Thrift Store located inside the organization’s Gulfport facility—and hopes to duplicate this success and raise even more funds for the care of homeless pets through an additional Thrift Store location, dubbed “The Barking Basement.”
The Gulf Coast Women’s Center for Nonviolence and the Humane Society of South Mississippi revealed a new collaborative effort called S.A.F.E - Saving Animals and Families Everyday.
All October long, the Humane Society of South Mississippi (H.S.S.M.) is carving down adoption fees for lucky new pet parents.
Over the next week (September 22nd-27th), the Humane Society of South Mississippi (H.S.S.M.) will offer “Pick Your Purr-ice” adoptions on all available cats, kittens, and “Lonely Heart” dogs in their care.
To continue providing support to animals across the state, the Humane Society of South Mississippi (H.S.S.M.) is hosting their annual Rock-n-Rollover event.
