7/26 – Payton’s Thursday Afternoon Forecast

We continue with the somewhat drier air over head, but temperatures will still be hot this afternoon in the lower 90s. Rain chances are going to be minimal over the next several days, but by Saturday into Sunday changes begin to take place. Not expecting a lot of activity Saturday, but Sunday will bring better rain chances. Rain chances will continue to elevate into Monday, and especially Tuesday as a cold front approaches the area. Rain chances will be highest during the afternoon/evening hours, but there will likely be some rain through the overnight and morning hours. Temperatures will go down slightly going into next week with more rain expected.

TROPICS: No tropical development is expected over the next five days.
