06/25 Ryan’s “Spot Shower” Monday Evening Forecast

The hot and humid days continue, but just like today we’ll see a few spot showers and thunderstorms to help cool things down.

Today’s heat indices reached the 105-110 degree range, and I’m not expecting it to get significantly cooler until next week.

Temperatures will remain in the mid 90s, only lowering in areas where clouds build and showers develop. The humidity will remain high, which is why heat indices will linger in the danger zones for the rest of the week.

Remember to take care while enjoying the outdoors by remaining hydrated and practicing heat safety.

Rain chances spike to about 40% for the weekend, but begin to wane by the beginning of next week. No tropical developments are expected within the next few days.
