9/8 – Rob Knight’s Friday Afternoon Forecast

After a clear and cool start to the day, temps are warming into the upper 70s under clear skies…

As an area of high-pressure to our north continues to dominate the region, fairly quiet conditions can be expected through the weekend. Expect plenty of sunshine with a few clouds mixed in through the afternoon hours, mild temperatures…and lower humidity through Sunday.

Next week will continue to bring beautiful conditions…but MAJOR HURRICANE IRMA could play a small factor in the extended forecast. If IRMA does indeed move through the middle of Florida and then NW to Tennessee as a TD…A DRY reinforced wind will affect the Mississippi Gulf Coast. As things are subject to change…we will continue to keep a close eye on IRMA to keep our viewers updated.
