5/4 – Rob Knight’s “Improving Conditions” Forecast
A lingering warm front yesterday afternoon coupled with a cold front overnight has brought a great deal of rainfall to the local area/region. This morning after a couple inches of rain accumulation, the front is moving to the east with cloudy skies to linger for much of the day.
As high-pressure begins to move in…skies will begin to clear late in the day as WINDY conditions will continue but from the W/NW through tomorrow. Winds will gust into the low/mid 20 mph range before tapering-off tonight. Strong high-pressure moving in from the NW will dominate the Cinco De Mayo weekend into early next week with clear skies and cooler temps…temps will rebound back into the 80s by Sunday.
