5/4 – Jeff’s “Thunderstorms Tomorrow” Thursday Night Forecast

Humidity and cloud coverage will be on the increase beginning tonight. Expect a muggy start with light fog possible from a low cloud deck for your Friday morning. Rain chances will begin to elevate during the morning hours tomorrow with the potential for a couple of rounds of rain. The first round would come from a thunderstorm complex moving into our area. The second round, which appears most likely, will come with heating of the day in the afternoon.

Saturday also has rain chances with the potential for another thunderstorm complex to flare up. More dry time can be expected as compared to Friday. Sunday will have 30% chances for rainfall as a summer-like pattern settles into the region. Monday will feature the potential for more rain coverage due to favorable dynamics. Expect a summer-like pattern to build into the area for the foreseeable future.
