4/12 – Rob’s “Improving Conditions” Afternoon Forecast
After DENSE MORNING FOG, warming temperatures and drier air moving into the region has improving conditions. Upper level clouds will continue to thin to partly cloudy/few clouds this afternoon as temps rise into the 80s. High-pressure will move in from the south and dominate through the weekend with drier air moving in through “Good Friday”. The weekend will bring a summer pattern as the moisture flow from the GOM will return. Daytime heating couple with the increased moisture could flare up a few afternoon showers/t-storms Saturday and Easter Sunday afternoons.
