4/5 – Payton’s Thursday Morning Forecast

A beautiful day in store with the cold front sitting to the south, and high pressure sitting to the north. This changes as we go into Friday. Moisture will return, and there could be one or two thundershowers, but the best rain chances will remain off to the northwest. Saturday morning there will be a line of showers and thunderstorms that move through the area before noon. As these storms roll through there is a chance one or two could be on the strong side, but for the most part the organized severe weather is expected to stay off to the north and west. This will all be associated with a cold front, but even after the front moves through it looks like there will be some lingering showers and cloud cover for much of Saturday afternoon. Sunday looks drier, but there could be one or two showers. Temperatures will be in the mid 60s.A beautiful day in store with the cold front sitting to the south, and high pressure sitting to the north. This changes as we go into Friday.
