4/27 – Jeff’s “Clearing/Drying” Thursday Night Forecast
Skies will clear out tonight following the passage of the cold front over our area. Drier air will work in which will provide for a very comfortable feel to the air tomorrow. Expect mostly sunny skies and warm temperatures for your Friday. Winds will gradually shift to southwesterly throughout the day ahead of a system. That system will be on the heels of the cold front and it will impact us this weekend.
There will be rain chances Saturday with multiple rounds of rainfall possible. Rain chances will begin to elevate around midday, with the best coverage looking to be in the evening and overnight timeframe. Chances of rain are around 50% for Saturday dropping off to 20% early Sunday. There is the potential for strong thunderstorms with the potential for strong winds and heavy rain. Skies clear Sunday and next week will be quieter.
