5/7 – Payton’s Tuesday Afternoon Forecast

One final day of sunny, hot weather! Get out there and enjoy it because come Wednesday and through the weekend we will be unsettled. Rain chances will gradually increase and we could have a few t-storms each and every day. Overall the severe weather threat is low, but we could see strong storms with a few cells. Heavy rainfall and where it will fall is difficult to pinpoint at this time, but overall as we go into the weekend and next week we will have to watch for flash flooding and river flooding as the ground becomes saturated with multiple days of heavy rainfall possible. Mother’s Day looks warm, cloudy with a showers and a few t-storms mixed in.
