A dry front moved through last night with very low humidity this morning and the upper level clouds clearing. Sunny and dry conditions will prevail through the remainder of the workweek.
Winds will begin to shift to more of an easterly component by Friday and moisture will begin to stream into the area for the weekend frontal system. Models are at least in somewhat agreement that a surface low-pressure will move thorough Arkansas Monday forcing a cold front through the area during the same time frame. But models do not agree how strong this system will be. At the moment, this time frame is too far along to give any confidence level to how strong the thunderstorm activity would be associated with this system.
