1/26 – Rob’s Tuesday Morning Forecast

With a cold front over SW Mississippi moving east, showers and a few thunderstorms will move into south Mississippi this afternoon…the activity will increase late afternoon/overnight. The painfully slow-moving frontal boundary will finally clear the area around 9 p.m. this evening…but the rain will continue through tomorrow morning before tapering-off. Low-level moisture will keep the clouds in the area with clearing skies overnight Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Windy conditions will gust into the low 20 mph range from the south today…switching to a northerly wind after passage this evening.
