12/21 – Rob’s “Hump Day” Afternoon Forecast

After another round of PATCHY FOG and low-level clouds…the fog has dissipated with the low clouds lifting. Partly/mostly cloudy skies will be in the area as upper-level clouds associated with the jet stream will affect the SE. With a south winds…humidity will continually increase heading into the Christmas weekend, with each day PATCHY DENSE FOG each morning through Christmas day. The first of several fronts will move into the Gulf coast tomorrow morning and depart late in the day. This will be a fast moving system with very little moisture and only a few showers possible. Temps will continue to increase into the weekend with another front moving in Saturday…providing for spotty showers/t-storms on Christmas day.
