11/9 – Rob’s “Sunny & Cooler” Thursday Afternoon Forecast

After a gloomy start to the day, the ran is now well to our east along with the clouds beginning to thin. Drier air to the NW along with an area of high-pressure will continue to move SE into the region providing for clearing skies this afternoon. As the colder air begins to move in…winds will pick up but should not exceed 20 mph…with the exception of along the immediate coast.

Friday will bring mild temps for this time of year along with sunny skies. Veterans Day will bring a cool start with modifying conditions through the afternoon. The cooler numbers will not stick around very long as the return flow will begin Saturday afternoon in advance of the next frontal boundary which will move across the area very quickly Sunday afternoon/night. Monday will bring cooler temps and sunny skies which will dominate for much of the workweek.
