1/19 – Rob’s Friday Eve (Severe Threat) Forecast
As the approaching system continues to evolve, the SLIGHT THREAT for SEVERE WEATHER will continue to affect the area…but earlier in the day. Showers/T-Storms will become widespread later this morning through this evening…with HEAVY RAIN the main threat which could lead to areas of FLASH FLOODING. Other forms of SEVERE WEATHER is a possibility, but the rain and lack of sunshine will limit the potential. Friday will bring a break from the weather with another round of t-storms overnight into Saturday morning…then again Saturday night. The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) has the area under an ENHANCED THREAT Friday night through Sunday morning.
