11/10 – Rob’s “Armed Forces Friday” Forecast

It’s a COLD start this morning as high pressure, clear skies and a north wind has temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s. A weak cold front north of Hattiesburg is dissipating, with the air mass behind beginning to modify. Today will bring sunny skies and cooler temps as a north wind will continue through Saturday afternoon before rebounding back to he south. Veterans Day will bring warmer temps…also feeling warmer with the humidity rebounding.

An easterly wave south of the Florida keys will move west and begin to bring increased cloud coverage and rain to the central GOM. Sunday, the next approaching cold front will begin to draw Gulf moisture into the area along with showers and a few t-storms heading into Sunday afternoon.
