05/14 Ryan’s “More Sun” Tuesday Forecast

South Mississippi enjoyed even more sun today than we saw yesterday with no signs of stopping until next week. That’s how long it’ll take before any significant rain or cloud cover moves in, but we will see some subtle changes to the temperature and humidity. It’s still quite dry by South MS standards, but that will change by the weekend.

Expect it to get warmer over the next few days, into the mid-to-upper 80s as nighttime temperatures climb into the 70s.

There will be a slight cool down through the weekend as clouds thicken some, but rain chances remain low. It won’t be until the middle of next week before the skies open up again, but it’ll be right as an upper level ridge will assist in heating the area…likely leading to our first 90 degree temperatures this year.
