01/04 Ryan’s “Slightly Cooler” Wednesday Afternoon Forecast

It was a bit cooler today, but we’ll have to wait until the weekend for some much colder temperatures and the chance of some frozen precip. As high pressure continues to strengthen in the area, we’ll see temperatures continue to fall until Saturday night/Sunday morning, when increased ridging will begin to moderate temps. A frontal system is expected to move across the area Friday, which will bring showers and a very small chance of a rain/sleet/freezing rain mix during the early morning hours of Saturday, but it is becoming increasingly unlikely this far South. Stay tuned for updates.
