Road work to close portion of Dudley Street in Gulfport

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Gulfport is releasing details about an emergency lane closure set to happen Thursday, September 24.

That closure happening on Dudley Street between East Pass Road and Cotton Drive.

Crews will be working a drainage replacement project.

Work is scheduled to begin at 7 Thursday morning and reopen at 2:30 the afternoon of October 8.

East Pass Road, Ford Street, and Cotton Drive will act as the detour routes.

Drivers are asked to use caution and follow all traffic markers and instructions in the area.
