Extra Table Feeds kicking off ‘Give ‘em a Bird’ campaign

The holiday season is a time for giving and one Mississippi organization is working to make sure no family goes hungry.

Extra Table Feeds is kicking off its annual ‘Give ‘em a Bird’ campaign, with a goal of providing 9,000 chickens and holiday meals to Mississippi families in need this November and December.

Joining us to share how you can help put food on the table for your neighbors is Extra Table Feeds Executive Director Martha Allen Price.

On Tuesday, November 10, Extra Table Feeds will be having their kickoff event at the Markham Hotel in Gulfport. Coffee and conversations begin at 9 a.m. followed by the program at 10 a.m.
