Alabama man who drowned in Biloxi identified

An Alabama man taking video while Hurricane Zeta came ashore in Biloxi has been identified as the person who drowned near the Broadwater Marina. Fifty-eight-year-old Leslie Richardson had been watching the storm Wednesday evening.
