Feed my Sheep Thanksgiving Feast

Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks, but for a lot of South Mississippians it is also a time to give back.

The annual Thanksgiving feast at Feed my Sheep in Gulfport feast takes place Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Feed my Sheep will be closed Thanksgiving Day and the day after.

They have a large amount of volunteers during this time of the year. They are not looking for volunteers, but say that food donations are always welcome especially Thanksgiving items.

They are expecting hundreds of people to feed. Feed my Sheep Director Randy Brownlee said, “We are looking forward to tomorrow. It is our biggest day of the year that we will have the most people that we serve in a year. So, tomorrow is a big day for us. Our board will come to serve. We just look forward to having it and giving everybody a real good meal. You’ll see Feed my Sheep at its best tomorrow.”

Feed my Sheep welcomes anyone who is looking for a family atmosphere and a great meal to come celebrate Thanksgiving with them.
