6/7 – Payton’s “Clearing” Wednesday Forecast
With a cold front passage last night and a low pressure just off to our east, today will be a day of transition with clearing and drying. With the area of low pressure so close, moisture will continue for the morning hours giving us a slight chance of rain. However, I do expect by the afternoon we will start to see partly cloudy skies and drying conditions. Winds will be gusty at times this afternoon as the cold front moves out of the area. High pressure will move into the area on Thursday and Friday making for beautiful weather.
The high pressure stays close to the area through Saturday, but moisture does return to the area this weekend. Clouds will be on the increase Saturday into Sunday as a warm front approaches the area. This will increase rain chances on Sunday and Monday. Temperatures each and everyday will be around normal in the mid to upper 80s.
