10/4 – Jeff Vorick’s “Breezy Early” Wednesday Evening Forecast

Warm and breezy conditions will linger into portions of this evening. Winds will back down and temperatures will be mild, but slightly warmer overnight. Cloud cover will increase especially after midnight.

A cold front will be making its way into our region over the next couple of days. It will be more humid tomorrow and there will be an average of partly cloudy skies. Stray showers cannot be ruled out at times tomorrow but thunderstorm activity will not arrive until later.

The cold front will provide for a 50% or so thunderstorm chance in a window of time from overnight Thursday into early Friday. Mostly cloudy skies will remain in place Friday and rain chances will be more isolated for the afternoon.

The front will usher in very nice changes for the weekend. Lower humidity levels we haven’t seen since springtime will make their way into the area. A true cooler airmass will stick around through the weekend into early next week.
