7/27 – Jeff Vorick’s “Isolated Rain Early” Thursday Evening Forecast
Spotty to isolated shower/thunderstorm chances will be around early this evening. Rain chances will drop off and skies will clear out tonight. Temperatures will be a tad warmer than this morning because of increasing humidity.
The pattern is changing back to a more typical humid summertime pattern. Partly cloudy skies will build in with more isolated thunderstorm chances. Rain chances will be around 30%. It will be hot but the heat will only continue to build.
Isolated rain chances will be present this weekend into next week. Strong ridge of high pressure will intensify into next week. The heat combined with high levels of humidity will make for dangerous heat index values. Expect heat alerts into much of next week.
