8/31 – Rob’s Friday-Eve “Improving Conditions” Forecast

Tropical Depression Harvey in NE’tern La will continue to move to the NE as outer banks of rainfall moves east of center circulation. Today will bring narrow bands of showers/t-storms to the area as BREEZY conditions continue. Drier conditions will move in as Harvey will move from its current location to central Kentucky by Saturday morning and off the mid-Atlantic coast on Sunday.

With more sunshine in between rain bands, temperatures over the next few days should be a degree or two warmer than what was observed on Wednesday. Rain chances will be on the increase again starting during the first part of next week as tropical moisture once again moves into the area.
