8/31 – Jeff’s “Rain Returns” Thursday Night Forecast

Cloud cover, humidity, and rain chances will increase overnight. Isolated rain chances, more favored along and south of the interstate, are in play after midnight up until daybreak. Friday will bring the potential for multiple rounds of rain in our area. The first round will be in the morning hours, especially closer to the beachfront. The second round of rain chances would be scattered thunderstorms that pulse inland.

Saturday brings the same scenarios but with greater coverage at times. The second half of Labor Day Weekend will bring the potential for more dry time. The unsettled pattern will gradually loosen its grip by next week with rain chances turning isolated on Labor Day. A more typical pattern will build back in by the middle of next week.
