8/13 – Rob’s “Back to Work” Monday Forecast
Weak high pressure should offer lower than climo rain chances today and Tuesday, though some isolated developments on subtle convergence boundaries interacting with the gulf breeze.
Temperatures should be around normal for this time of the year in the low to mid 90s. Lower pressure will move from the central Plains States midweek to bring a frontal trough southward but not into the forecast area. Rain potential will elevate mid-week into the weekend. Temperatures will trend down a few degrees due to extensive cloud cover and rain cooling.
