7/6 – Rob’s “Friday Eve” Hot & Humid Forecast

TD#4 is now in the central Atlantic basin

As an area of high-pressure over the N’tern Gulf moves east through the Florida panhandle, the atmosphere will become more unstable. Daily diurnal activity will manifest in the form or overnight/early morning showers…then isolated afternoon t-storms. Rain potential will elevate today, with 50% or better chance through the weekend. Continued HOT & HUMID will keep HIGH HEAT INDICES in the area through the weekend and into early next week.

An area of low-pressure in the central Atlantic basin has developed into TD #4. Although this storm is not an immediate threat to the Mississippi gulf coast. But as with every development, we will keep a close eye on it through its process.
