7/13 – Payton’s Friday Morning Forecast
Waking up this morning it is warm and muggy with a few clouds. Today will be nearly an exact repeat of yesterday. Temperatures will climb into the lower 90s with heat indices around 100-105. Rain chances will be very isolated, but one or two t-storms could pop up this afternoon and evening. This will continue going into Saturday with only a few showers and thunderstorms expected. Things begin to change Sunday with more activity expected. This continues into next week.
TROPICS: The remnants of Beryl are just west of Bermuda, but its chances of redevelopment are looking less and less likely, but if it does decide to reform it won’t pose a risk to the East Coast. The only concern will be rough seas of the East Coast. The tropics for the Gulf Coast will remain quiet for the near future.
