7/10 – Jeff’s “Thunderstorms Move Out” Monday Evening Forecast

Thunderstorms that moved in this afternoon will exit the picture. The coverage of rainfall will be on its way down through the evening. Expect clearing skies overnight and partly cloudy skies to start your Tuesday. Sunshine will be around in the morning but cloud coverage and rain chances will increase into the afternoon.

Rain chances will be around 50% during the afternoon tomorrow. Thunderstorms will be capable of very heavy rainfall, frequent lightning, and a strong wind gust or two cannot be ruled out. The system and fronts responsible for the unsettled pattern will gradually lift out.

High pressure will gradually take back over towards the end of this week. Temperatures will become hot again as expected in the summertime. There will be above-average readings at times with oppressive humidity making it feel like 105-110 degrees.
