6/29 – Rob’s Gloomy & Wet Wednesday Afternoon Forecast
After showers & t-storms over the sound earlier this morning…the activity has tapered-off temporary. As a cold front moves south from the I-20 area, the activity will reemerge this afternoon, tonight and through Thursday. HEAVY RAIN is a possibility as these t-storms are very slow in moving and can dump a good bit of rain over the same area. The cold front will begin to lose its intensity Thursday afternoon with much lower rain potential Friday through early next week. With drier air moving in for the 4th of July weekend, temps will slip back into the low 90s with the HEAT INDICES around 103° Friday-Monday.
