6/15 – Jeff’s “Hot, Humid, Unsettled” Thursday Night Forecast

It will remain warm and humid overnight with southerly winds continuing. A 20% or so chance of a shower or thunderstorm cannot be ruled out. A thunderstorm complex from our northwest could clip our area Friday morning. Rain chances will be scattered in nature during the day tomorrow. An isolated strong thunderstorm or two packing the potential for damaging wind gusts and hail is possible.

A Heat Advisory will go into effect at 11 AM tomorrow and be in effect until 7 PM. It will feel like 105-110 degrees outside at times. Much of the same regarding hot conditions, thunderstorm chances, and the overall pattern can be expected into the weekend. The storm track will lift northward somewhat into the early portions of next week.
