5/30 – Payton’s Thursday Morning Forecast
Another hot and humid one, but the change today will be the possibility of a few downpours. Highs will climb into the upper 80s along the coast and north of I-10 will see lower to mid 90s. A cold front will move into the area tonight and stall in the area on Friday. This will bump up the rain chances and clouds on Friday. While we don’t expect severe weather a few t-storms could produce gusty winds. Going into the weekend and June 1st the temperatures remain hot and a few afternoon showers are possible. This pattern continues without much change going into next week.
TROPICS: Don’t forget the first day of Hurricane Season is Saturday June 1st. Your Hurricane Authority Special will air Friday, May 31st at 6:30 PM on Fox and NBC.
