5/25 – Jeff Vorick’s “Warm & Dry” Thursday Evening Forecast
Drier air has worked in so the warm afternoon temperatures don’t feel so bad. A few clouds are around from time to time but rain is off the table for a bit. Temperatures will be cool overnight with low-60s in our area. Winds will remain out of the northeast for the next several days.
Tomorrow will be much like today with the exception of partly cloudy skies at times tomorrow afternoon. A strengthening low pressure off of the east coast will reinforce northeast flow along with high pressure moving closer.
That system will provide nasty conditions for the Carolina’s this weekend. However, conditions will be lovely for our area for Memorial Day Weekend. A stray shower or sprinkle cannot be ruled out Sunday. Into next week, a summertime pattern will return with daily rain chances beginning Tuesday.
