5/16 – Jeff’s “More Thunderstorms Tomorrow” Tuesday Night Forecast
Thunderstorms this evening will gradually come to an end as the atmosphere cools. Some cloud coverage could linger into the morning and fog concerns are there. Tomorrow will be an active day with more coverage of showers and thunderstorms. A cold front will add fuel to the heat and humidity fire which will lead to numerous thunderstorms by the afternoon. Isolated rain could be in the picture tomorrow morning but daytime heating will enhance activity.
The cold front will not provide a huge change other than taking a slight edge off of the heat. Isolated thunderstorm chances will be around for Thursday as skies will clear. Friday will be the quietest day with only 20% chances of rain at the moment. A cold front could make its way through the area this weekend which could bring elevated rain chances.
