4/26 – Rob’s “Midday News” Afternoon Forecast

A southerly (Humid) flow has been in the area since yesterday…and continues in advance of an approaching cold front. This afternoon will bring partly/mostly cloudy skies with a stray showers/t-storms possible…along with VERY WINDY conditions…even after frontal passage.

A SEVERE THREAT in the region is to our W & NW through this evening, BUT frontal activity will not affect the area until after sunset. Expect isolated/scattered t-storms overnight through sunrise with clearing tomorrow morning. Breezy conditions from the SW will continue through Friday with winds switching to the NW after the front clears the area. The next front to affect us will move through late Sunday/night with a GREATER THREAT for SEVERITY.
