4/9 – Payton’s Tuesday Afternoon Forecast

Light showers continue to move across the area this afternoon. This will continue as sun mixes with clouds  this afternoon as well. we dry and clear out this evening into tonight. Wednesday and Thursday will be sunny and mild. Friday moisture increases ahead of a frontal boundary and we could see a few showers. Saturday into Sunday a strong storm system looks to move through the region. Right now it’s too early to know the exact timing of this system, but for now it appears the best chance for heavy rain and even strong t-storms will be sometime Sunday. You’ll want to stay tuned to this forecast, but in the meantime enjoy the sunshine over the next few days!
