4/13 – Jeff Vorick’s “Clearing Skies” Thursday Night Forecast

Skies will clear out tonight thanks to drier air filtering in. It will be cool tomorrow morning with clearer skies around. Other than passing clouds tomorrow afternoon, Friday will be a beautiful day with plenty of sunshine. A system will be moving towards the eastern portion of the U.S. into this weekend.

Some pre-frontal energy and moisture from an old frontal boundary near our area will provide for the potential of showers and thunderstorms Saturday. The activity would be in the afternoon and evening. A cold front will approach South Mississippi Sunday. There will be the potential for another round of showers and thunderstorms Sunday morning before clearing into next week.
