A weak cold front extends from the Ohio Valley to central Alabama/Mississippi. The cold front will push through the rest of the forecast area this morning and dissipate as it moves through. This should not affect the slow warming trend today through the weekend…all in all, weather will remain dry and spring like.
The Pacific storm over California will track across the Rockies today through as increasing moisture will pool along over the Southern Plains ahead of the boundary. The rain threat will hold until Monday, as this system tracks northeast then east. More showers than thunderstorms are expected and dynamics should remain north as severe weather not expected at this time. Dry weather should return Next Tuesday through Thursday.
