2/5 – Jeff Vorick’s “Patchy Fog Possible” Sunday Night Forecast

The weekend has finished out on a bright note. Temperatures will dip into the 40s tonight with the potential for patchy fog to develop overnight. Monday will be a warm and sunny day with temperatures reaching 70-degree readings across our area.

Tuesday will feature more cloud coverage and a 30% chance for showers. Rain chances will peak later on in the week. A frontal system will be making its way from Texas to its northeast during the middle of this week. With that, the potential for showers and thunderstorms will be present Wednesday and Thursday.

The cold front will make its way through our area Thursday. The best rainfall coverage will likely be from the Wednesday afternoon through Thursday. Exact timing and details need to be ironed out with regards to windows for severity and the threat for flooding.
