2/20 – Jeff’s “Patchy Dense Fog/Warmer” Tuesday Night Forecast
It will be cool but much less cold as compared to last night. Some patches of dense fog will develop across the Mississippi Coast ahead of daybreak Wednesday morning. Any fog quickly dissipates through the first parts of daylight but take extra time with your commute. Other than a few afternoon clouds, Wednesday features warmer temperatures and a lot of sunshine. Thursday will have more cloud cover and continued mild conditions.
Rain chances become a factor by Thursday afternoon as there will be a 20% chance of stray showers. A weak cold front moves through the area Thursday night into Friday which will allow rain chances to peak around 30% or so before daybreak Friday. Friday features clearing skies and breezy conditions. This weekend will be quite nice with chilly/cool mornings and nice afternoons. Warmer-than-average temperatures will stick around into the extended forecast.
