1/26 Rob’s Monday Morning Forecast
The workweek should remain dry as high-pressure begin to take control of our pattern. Cold air moving into the area will diminish today with seasonal temps and dry conditions. Nighttime cooling and slight increase in low-level moisture may yield patchy early morning fog north of interstate 10 Tuesday, Wednesday and possibly Thursday. High-pressure will compress the atmosphere across the lower Mississippi valley and allow temps to rise to near 70 degrees for highs on Thursday. A cold front will track across the mid-Mississippi valley and push a front through the area late Thursday.
